The client liked the design and coloursof a plate we had previously made, but decided that they would prefer a slightly different shade of purple to coordinate with their interior decor, they also decided upon a slightly larger plate with a gentle curve rather than the stepped design.	In an initial meeting with the client, we were given the brief to design and produce sets of fused glass coasters featuring an image of the Welsh Dragon. Sample coasters were produced using clear glass, featuring an embossed Welsh Dragon on copper sheet, and also using fine powdered red glass to achieve the desired effect. These were delivered for the clients approval, and the design shown above was decided upon.	Recently commissioned as a gift, this black and white plate was made using a new type of glass with a black border added, fused together and slumped to form a gentle curved plate.
